Why does stuff like this still happen today…
A Children of Artemis volunteer phoned the Carshalton Environment Fair to enquire about a stall. They were very helpful until the word Witchcraft was mentioned. The conversation changed dramatically, with the fair organiser saying they didn’t allow Witches to have stalls at their event. One of the CoA media team then phoned the organisation that runs the event to ensure this was official policy. The person who answered the phone at the Centre for Environmental Initiatives (CEI) confirmed Witches would not be welcome at the Fair, however all other religious groups were welcome.
