Refers???

I must say i’m very worried about some sites, that i seem to be getting refers from, namely Internal Revenue Service’s ! what do they want????
and devine finds which looks like a womens fasion store gave me 98 refers! whats with that???? there are also some with questionable content refering me ( i cannot find how they are refering me) Anyone any ideas
that is those who know what im talking about
