Malaysia 2007
In October 2007 I went to Malaysia with my friend Fazi, to visit his home-town Kelantan, while in Malaysia we also visited Kuala Lumpur, with a stay-over in Langkawi. Most memorable had to be the traditional elements which included a wedding ceremony, and Fazi's sister got engaged, the cultural differences were amazing, and an experience I enjoyed, I found the people of Kelantan very welcoming and all Fazi's family and friends welcomed me - dispite the language differences! I hope to visit again soon, a great first impression of Asia for me.
