Apple have pushed out iTunes 10.1. If you want to be ready for iOS 4.2 (later this month)  then have this verions of iTunes installed as it is a requirement for the new iPhone and iPad firmware. This version of iTunes which is about 90MB  brings with it, support for Airplay; you can use AirPlay to “instantly and wirelessly stream videos from iTunes to the all-new Apple TV. ”  The update also  includes a number of small bug fixes also.
