Google Adsense Referrals Beta launches
Google has now launched Adsense Referrals which means webmasters can now refer products and services for various companies. How you get paid is not per click but based on a sale or sign up. This is in beta, and you need to request access
“With referrals, you’ll be paid when your visitors click through to an advertiser’s site and complete an action defined by your advertisers, such as a sale or sign up. Because these actions are often more involved than a simple click or impression, advertisers pay more for these referrals, which can translate into higher earnings for your site. You can also choose to target the keywords that will ensure you get the highest-paying referrals for your ad spaceâ€

This is not open to international publishers and I doubt it will be for quite a while.
Any Irish signing up for the beta will not be accepted.
It might be worth a note that some bug is causing Google to advertise Referrals Beta in Irish adsense accounts.
