Something very important to remember when you are working on your blog is to NEVER EVERÂ put all your eggs in one basket.
I know, I know, I hate those sayings too. But this is important. Let me give you an example, imagine for example you have signed up with an advertising company such as Google Adsense, or YPN, and are doing well for your self, what happens if they no longer want to do business with you. This is nothing against the above mentioned examples, there is usually a very good reason for these companies disqualifying a person from these programs.
However, this aside, what happens if you are no longer welcome with that network, how will you get back on your feet. You have gone from, a nice monthly income, straight onto state benefit, there is no middle ground, nothing to keep the bread and butter on the table, and your missus (or Mr.) is shouting at you to go and get a real job!
But seriously. There is so many advertising solutions on the market, it is simply foolish not to use more than one. But remember, you must operate under the terms and conditions of those advertisers, some services like Google Adsense - do not allow other contextual ads one same site.
